SPARKLE E SWEETS LLC IS NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ITEMS THAT GET DAMAGED IN THE PRESSING PROCESS. IN THE EVENT THAT AN ERROR HAPPENS ON OUR END WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM WITH EITHER THE SAME BRAND OR A SIMILAR BRAND THAT IS AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT HIGH-END BIG-TICKET ITEMS FOR VINYL TRANSFERS SO PLEASE DO NOT BRING ME A $500 SHIRT!
